Effective October 7, 2026. These terms cover use of the public website, informational resources and SMS program of Commercial Rev Engine, operated by 14557441 Canada Inc. Paid services are governed by the proposal or service agreement accepted for that engagement.
Using the website
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content or use forms to impersonate someone else. Provide accurate contact details when requesting a call or information.
Information and tools
Guides, worksheets and calculators are general business information. Calculators use the values you enter and their stated assumptions; they are not forecasts or professional financial, legal or tax advice. Check that information fits your circumstances before relying on it.
Enquiries and paid services
Submitting a form or booking a call does not purchase services or reserve a territory. Scope, fees, advertising spend, responsibilities, cancellation and any performance guarantee must be set out in the applicable service agreement. Website terms do not replace or amend that agreement.
Where an offer describes a guarantee, read its stated conditions and the written agreement before purchasing. No additional guarantee arises from a guide, calculator or testimonial.
Commercial Rev Engine SMS program
The Commercial Rev Engine SMS program is operated by 14557441 Canada Inc. When you opt in, you agree to receive the types of text messages you selected at the mobile number you provided. Messages may use automated technology.
- Service messages: responses to your enquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up messages and customer support.
- Marketing messages: offers, promotions and updates about our commercial roofing marketing and lead-generation services, only if you separately opt in to marketing texts.
- Frequency and rates: message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments and the program you select. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. To rejoin, complete the opt-in process again.
- Help: reply HELP for help or email cole@commercialrevengine.com for customer support.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information and SMS consent.
Results and testimonials
Customer accounts describe individual experiences. Results vary with the market, budget, offer, follow-up, sales process and other factors. Leads, booked appointments, attended inspections, estimate pipeline, signed work and collected revenue are different measures. Job value is not profit. Past performance is not a promise of future results.
Content and downloads
Commercial Rev Engine and the relevant rights holders retain rights in website copy, branding, videos and other materials. You may use our downloadable worksheets internally for your own business. Do not resell the materials, republish customer videos or present our content as your own without permission.
Third-party services
Links, video players and booking tools may be provided by other companies and governed by their terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party websites or promise their continuous availability.
Availability and applicable rights
We may update the site and resources, and interruptions or errors can occur. Nothing on this page excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions about a paid engagement should be resolved under its service agreement and applicable law.
