Information we collect
When you enquire or book a call, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business, email, phone number, service area, business needs and appointment details. We also retain correspondence and records needed to respond to you or provide an agreed service.
The website and its providers can receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring website, campaign identifiers and interactions with forms, links and videos.
How we use it
We use information to respond to requests, arrange calls, assess service fit, provide services, maintain records, protect the website and understand how visitors find and use it. We also use campaign and interaction data to measure advertising and improve our marketing.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The site uses Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, embedded Wistia videos and HighLevel/LeadConnector booking tools. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and process information under their own policies.
Our first-party cre_utm cookie stores campaign or search-source details for up to 30 days and passes available attribution to the booking tool. Meta tools can connect site interactions with advertising activity. Embedded providers receive information when their content loads or is used.
You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser and use provider privacy controls. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect video, booking and measurement features. Browser settings do not necessarily stop every server-side record or identifier.

When information is shared
Information is processed by the providers we use for hosting, analytics, advertising, video, forms, scheduling, CRM and business communications. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.

We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide mobile information to service providers that support our customer service and deliver messages on our behalf, solely to perform those services.
All other information-sharing categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers delivering our text messaging services.
Email and text messages
We use your contact information to respond to your request and manage appointments or services. Marketing messages are subject to the consent and unsubscribe requirements that apply. You can unsubscribe using an email's link or ask us to stop. For text messages, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help, or contact cole@commercialrevengine.com. Message frequency varies. Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose of the record, the service relationship and legal or accounting requirements. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive identity or financial documents through a general enquiry form.
